Gulliver’s launches World Cup ticket offer with up to 99% off children’s entry

Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts has unveiled an exciting new World Cup-inspired ticket promotion, giving families the chance to secure up to 99% off children’s tickets this summer - with the discount determined by England’s performance on the pitch.

The nationwide family theme park operator - which offers a range of rides, attractions and short breaks across four UK locations - is putting a unique spin on football fever by linking ticket prices directly to England’s goals during the group stage matches.

Under the initiative, the minute in which England scores their final goal in each game will dictate the percentage discount on children’s tickets. The offer will go live the following day after each match and will be available for 24 hours only.

For example, if England’s last goal is scored in the 73rd minute, families can enjoy 73% off children’s tickets when bookings open the next day.

Key fixture dates and ticket releases are:

England vs Croatia - 17 June (9pm)
Discounted children’s tickets available 18 June from 10am (24 hours only)

England vs Ghana - 23 June (9pm)
Discounted children’s tickets available 24 June from 10am (24 hours only)

England vs Panama - 27 June (10pm)
Discounted children’s tickets available 28 June from 10am (24 hours only)

Discounts will be applied via an online code released on the website and social media channels the day after each match (for example, GOAL44), giving families a limited-time opportunity to book an unforgettable visit at a significantly reduced price.

If England don’t find the net, however, no discount will be released – meaning fans will have to wait for the next match to try again.

The promotion applies to visits to any of the Gulliver’s resorts – Gulliver’s Kingdom in Matlock Bath, Gulliver’s World in Warrington, Gulliver’s Land in Milton Keynes and Gulliver’s Valley in Rotherham - between 27 June and 1 September, making it an ideal way for families to plan a summer holiday, although the offer excludes the upcoming Father’s Day weekend.
